We have been active in providing construction services to the cities of Mission, McAllen and Edinburg. In the past three years Celso Gonzalez Construction, Inc. has completed 9 projects for well over $4 millions.
With limited resources of where to draw funds from (for their long list of improvements), they have to both improvise and be selective of the projects that they undertake as priorities. We, at Celso Gonzalez Construstion, Inc., understand this and that is why we strongly believe in an “open dialogue” philosophy between us, the owner and the architect. It is our goal to address any disputes as quickly as possible. The sooner we finish the happier everyone will be.
Change orders are not always the answer to resolving conflicts encountered in the field. We have a good history of improvising a solution so that both we and the owner are satisfied and a change order is not required. We believe that change orders are last resort solutions or for items that the owner initiates.
