We are well suited to perform a wide variety of construction projects.   Our projects include renovations, remodeling, additions, demolition as well as new projects.

SCHOOLS:  CGC, Inc. to date, has secured several school projects (five with school districts and two with colleges) and has been actively bidding on many others. Although the projects have been small, we have learned to articulate the districts rigorous standards. It is our goal to continue providing competitive bids to schools in order to reach our ultimate goal of building schools and school related projects.

MUNICIPAL-  Unlike our local school districts, local municipalities have a much more difficult task of meeting their Capital improvement needs because of fund constraints. With limited resources of where to draw funds from (for their long list of improvements), they have to both improvise and be selective of the projects that they undertake as priorities. We at CGC, Inc. understand this and that is why we strongly believe in an “open dialogue” philosophy between us, the owner and the architect.
