Civil Engineering graduate of Texas A&I University, Kingsville, and active in construction, design, and project management ever since. His project list spans industrial warehouses, community centers, retail centers, municipal work, residential projects, and tenant finish-outs. As President, he oversees every aspect of the business and has led the company's expansion into public-sector work — contract negotiations, owner/architect/contractor relationships, and AIA construction protocol. Manages all contracts, pay requests, change orders, and RFIs, and follows up personally on unpaid invoices.

Assistant Project Manager
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UT Rio Grande Valley, and joined CGC as an engineering intern and estimator before moving into project management. Runs daily project planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, and safety management. Builds and updates the Gantt chart each month in Microsoft Project, manages subcontracts and purchase orders, checks shop drawings for accuracy, and keeps deliveries on schedule by staying on architects and engineers.

Construction Supervisor
Runs day-to-day operations on site and controls the short-term schedule. Supervises subcontractors directly — inspecting work, holding the line on quality, coordinating responsibilities, and catching conflicts in the field before they cause delays. Reads and coordinates drawings, specs, and shop drawings, keeps the site safe, and reports schedule, material, manpower, and quality issues straight to the project management team.

Office Manager
Runs the day-to-day office and accounting side of the business — proposals, reports, and lien waivers, plus accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks. Prepares weekly and monthly billing and financial statements, handles AIA payment applications, tracks project budgets, manages work orders, and sources materials and supplies. Keeps every project's paperwork and vendor invoices filed and current.
